The convention is designed to offer both a traditional anime convention experience while also providing opportunities to explore anime’s cultural and scholarly influences.
KeikenCon is a charity event organized by Rowan University’s Anime Club, with the kind assistance and support of Rowan University’s Student Government Association, the Office of Volunteerism, Community Engagement & Commuter Services, the Rowan University Libraries Digital Scholarship Center, and numerous student clubs. The event is run solely by a dedicated team of volunteers.
100% of all ticket proceeds will be donated to the Emmanuel Cancer Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to helping New Jersey families facing childhood cancer.
