The Rowan University KeikenCon is a lively and inclusive, student-run convention devoted to experiencing, understanding, and celebrating anime and related art forms by showcasing its influence on contemporary society.
The name of our convention is based on the Japanese word ‘Keiken” which means experience or
KeikenCon is a charity event organized by Rowan University’s Anime Club, with the kind assistance and support of the Student Government Association, the Office of Volunteerism, Community Engagement & Commuter Services, the Rowan University Libraries Digital Scholarship Center, and numerous student clubs. The event is run solely by a dedicated team of volunteers.
100% of all ticket proceeds will be donated to the Emmanuel Cancer Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to helping New Jersey families facing childhood cancer.
